Energy Isolations
We provide Energy Isolation procedures and equipment in accordance with OSHA 1910.147 and NFPA 70E, and applicable PUIL 2011.
Our LOTO procedures mainly includes Lockout, Tagout, Isolation of Energy, Verification, Foreign Object Debris inspection, Tamper Seals registration, and Reinspection.
Our LOTO equipment are:
- Lock Out, e.g., padlock, electrical plug lock, gate valve lockout, ball valve lockout, hasp lock, tamper seals, circuit breaker lock, Group LOTO box, etc.
- Tag Out, e.g., danger do not operate, do not remove, do not open, etc.
- Other measures, e.g., whip check, borescope camera, safety signages, etc.
