- Building Structure Analysis – in November 2024, we used structural models, numerical software, element methods (FE) models, and computational tools like Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to study a 35 years old building owned by PT Trifa Abadi. Our study resulted in structural rigidity analysis and structural forces analysis to identify structural failures that could lead the building to collapse or damage.
- Traffic Management Assessment – in October 2022, we conducted traffic management assessment at LOGOS Metrolink Logistics Hub Bekasi due to massively increase of space occupants from online shop platforms. Interfaces between human, plant, and vehicles nearly resulted in traffic accident and became alerting all warehouse stakeholders. Traffic management study report was delivered to LOGOS as the client and remediations were taken to prevent unexpected incident from occurrence.
- Building Demolition – in June 2018, we were assigned as Consultant and Executor for demolition of International Financial Centre 1. We developed a structure demolition method using deconstruction engineering simulation aligned with robust HSE standards.
